Welcome to my humble blog on massage and wellbeing. Using my experience of many years of being massaged (yeah, it’s been tough) I hope to bring you some insights and ideas on how to improve your wellbeing and how you can get the most out of massage.
One thing I am sure we can all agree on is the positive benefit of massage. Exactly how we benefit varies from person to person. We will be exploring massage from a variety of those perspectives with a number of different goals in mind.
